Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 2026

Loravi (sole proprietorship in formation) ("we", "us") provides Loravi. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. For the data you add to Loravi about your own leads and customers, you are the controller and we act as processor on your behalf.

1. Controller

Loravi (sole proprietorship in formation) is the controller for personal data about you as an account holder or website visitor. Contact: support@loravi.net.

2. What we collect and why

  • Account data (name, email, company, login credentials) — to create and secure your account and provide the service. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Workspace content (leads, notes, posts, uploaded and generated media) — to provide the service you asked for. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
  • Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Usage and device data (feature usage, IP address, device and browser identifiers, logs) — for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and product improvement. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Marketing contact data (email you give us for the waitlist or newsletter) — to send product updates. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. AI processing

When you use AI features, the prompt and relevant workspace content are sent to our AI infrastructure provider to generate the result. We do not use your workspace content to train public models.

4. Who we share data with

  • Hosting, database, storage, email and AI providers acting as our processors.
  • Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Authorities where we are legally required to disclose.

We never sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion, unless a longer period is legally required (for example, invoicing records). Logs are kept for a shorter period. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email support@loravi.net and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level database authorisation and least-privilege access for staff.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to keep the app working. We do not use advertising cookies. Any analytics we use is limited to aggregated product usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though this may break sign-in.

10. Changes

We may update this notice. Material changes will be announced by email or in the app.
