Client content and the leads it brings, in one workspace.
Loravi is being built for social media freelancers and small agencies juggling 3–15 client brands. One place for each client's leads, content drafts and posting schedule — instead of a folder of spreadsheets and chat threads.
Applying is free and non-binding. No payment is collected on this site.
What Loravi is — and what it isn't yet.
Loravi is early. Being honest about that is the only way to find the right first users.
What it is today
- A workspace per client brand: leads, drafts and schedule separated per brand
- AI caption drafting where you pick a platform and a tone preset per post
- A simple calendar so you can show a client their month at a glance
- Lead capture forms you can put on a client's site or link in bio
What it isn't
- –Not a replacement for a full CRM, Canva or your analytics suite
- –Not automatic publishing to Instagram, TikTok or YouTube yet — that's on the roadmap
- –Not a proven, mature product with years of case studies behind it
- –Not a place for live client personal data during the application stage
- –Not free forever — pilots are paid, because feedback should come from real users
Built around one job: managing several client brands.
Each item below is labelled with what actually works today.
One workspace per client brand
Create a workspace per client brand and switch between them. Leads, posts and forms are separated per workspace and only visible to its members. The generated-media library is still shared across your own workspaces.
Lead tracking that fits an agency
A light pipeline for the leads your client content produces — new, contacted, qualified, proposal, won, lost — with CSV import and CSV export.
AI caption drafting
Pick a platform and one of five tone presets and get a caption draft plus hashtags you edit yourself. Drafting from your own written client tone notes is not built yet.
AI visual generation
Generate an image from a prompt and keep it in your media library. It is prompt-based, not brand-trained, and the library is not yet separated per client brand.
A calendar clients can understand
Schedule saved posts onto a date per client workspace and see the week in one view. Publishing is marked manually; automatic scheduled publishing is on the roadmap.
Lead capture forms
Create a form per client workspace, share its public link, and new submissions land in that workspace's pipeline.
Direct publishing to social platforms
Posting to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube from Loravi is not built yet. It is the next thing design partners will help shape.
A look at the interface.
These screens use demo data to show the intended workflow. In a pilot you'd walk through the live app together with me.
A small, deliberate group — not a public launch.
I'd rather have a handful of freelancers and small agencies who genuinely shape the product than a long list of signups.
You apply, I read every application
Tell me how many client brands you run and where your workflow breaks down. I reply personally within two working days — also if it's a no.
We agree on one workflow to fix
A 30-minute call to pick a single concrete workflow — say, turning DMs into tracked leads per client. That becomes the scope of the pilot.
30 days of building together
Test one agreed workflow using demo, test or approved client data, and we speak weekly for 20 minutes. Live personal data is only introduced after the pilot scope, data responsibilities and necessary safeguards have been agreed.
€149 for a 30-day pilot.
Paid, because a paid pilot gets honest feedback. Nothing is charged on this site — if we're a fit, we agree on scope and payment personally first.
Limited to a small number of freelancers and agencies so each pilot gets real attention.
Applying is free and non-binding. No payment is collected here.
- 30 days of full access to everything that exists today
- One workflow we agree on up front and work to solve
- A weekly 20-minute call with me, the person building it
- Direct influence on what gets built next
- If Loravi becomes a subscription product, design partners will see the proposed founding terms before deciding whether to continue
Who this is for
- You manage 3–15 client brands as a freelancer or small agency
- You can test one agreed workflow using demo, test or approved client data for 30 days
- You're comfortable with rough edges and telling me about them
The questions worth asking.
